Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Source and attract candidates
- Screen resumes and applications
- Conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Conduct in-depth interviews
- Administer assessments and background checks
- Provide candidates with timely updates
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create competitive job offers
- Extend offers and negotiate terms
- Ensure smooth onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Represent the company at career fairs and events
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Experience
1-3 years
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience with sourcing tools (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
