HSEQ Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HSEQ team (2 direct reports)
• Ensure compliance with rules & regulations (Seveso, WABO, ADN, ADR)
• Advise operational departments on safety behavior
• Safeguard process safety in plant
• Develop annual HSEQ action plan and roadmap
• Lead safety/compliance for new investments
• Ensure ISO compliance (9001/14001/45001/FSSC)
• Organize and perform internal/external audits
• Investigate and report incidents/accidents
• Facilitate risk assessments
• Conduct health and safety surveys
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies
• Support HSEQ management of tolling manufacturers

Requirements

Education

Bachelor/master's degree in technical field

Experience

5 years minimum in SEVESO company

Required Skills

• Process safety management
• Good communication skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Knowledge of HSE rules and standards
• Stakeholder management

Required Certifications

• HVK or similar certification
