Key Responsibilities

  • Handle contract renewals, up-selling, cross-selling, and keep-selling
  • Own & manage a portfolio of Major and Tier-1 customers, deals and decision-makers
  • Work with product and insights team to educate customers about new product releases
  • Establish metrics around customer engagement
  • Develop understanding of CSM tech stack (HubSpot, Mixpanel, Segment)
  • Ensure high visibility within clients for land & expand strategy
  • Achieve gross revenue retention and grow book of business
  • Develop new practices to manage accounts at scale

Requirements

Education

Master's degree or higher

Experience

3+ years

Required Skills

  • Customer Success or Account Management experience in SaaS
  • Experience growing customer accounts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passion for tech and startups
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot)
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Multicultural adaptability
  • Fluent in English
