Key Responsibilities
- Handle contract renewals, up-selling, cross-selling, and keep-selling
- Own & manage a portfolio of Major and Tier-1 customers, deals and decision-makers
- Work with product and insights team to educate customers about new product releases
- Establish metrics around customer engagement
- Develop understanding of CSM tech stack (HubSpot, Mixpanel, Segment)
- Ensure high visibility within clients for land & expand strategy
- Achieve gross revenue retention and grow book of business
- Develop new practices to manage accounts at scale
Requirements
Education
Master's degree or higher
Experience
3+ years
Required Skills
- Customer Success or Account Management experience in SaaS
- Experience growing customer accounts
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for tech and startups
- CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot)
- Strong sense of urgency
- Multicultural adaptability
- Fluent in English
