Key Responsibilities
- Support Newborn Screening and Biochemical Genetics Laboratory operations
- Plan and coordinate research and development activities
- Introduce new testing methodologies and platforms
- Operate and maintain specialized instrumentation
- Provide advanced technical oversight for accreditation compliance
- Perform advanced troubleshooting
- Participate in laboratory staff development
- Conduct advanced or complex patient tests
- Implement new technologies and instrumentation
- Develop training procedures
Requirements
Education
Master of Science degree in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, chemistry or related discipline
Experience
5 years minimum
