Key Responsibilities
- Lead development, implementation, and improvement of Quality Management System (QMS)
- Direct and manage pharmacovigilance system
- Lead quality planning for new clinical trials
- Implement risk-based monitoring for high-risk studies
- Deliver training to foster compliance culture
- Mentor clinical trial managers
- Provide expert QC reviews
- Guide regulatory submissions and protocol development
- Lead creation of advanced monitoring and project tracking frameworks
- Design and implement comprehensive training program
- Represent GHTU and HCF at national and international forums
- Provide line management to support staff development
- Champion equality and inclusivity in QA practices
- Ensure accountability to safeguard vulnerable individuals
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
Experience
Significant experience in high-stakes clinical research environments

- Advanced knowledge of clinical trial legislative frameworks
