Key Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and improvement of Quality Management System (QMS)
• Direct and manage pharmacovigilance system
• Lead quality planning for new clinical trials
• Implement risk-based monitoring for high-risk studies
• Deliver training to foster compliance culture
• Mentor clinical trial managers
• Provide expert QC reviews
• Guide regulatory submissions and protocol development
• Lead creation of advanced monitoring and project tracking frameworks
• Design and implement comprehensive training program
• Represent GHTU and HCF at national and international forums
• Provide line management to support staff development
• Champion equality and inclusivity in QA practices
• Ensure accountability to safeguard vulnerable individuals

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)

Experience

Significant experience in high-stakes clinical research environments
