- Partner closely with x-functional teams to develop and deliver best in class learning solutions
- Understand organisational talent needs and design niche solutions
- Manage programs end to end, from conception to deployment
- Drive innovative approaches to L&D
- Analyse, measure and communicate the overall impact of learning
- Lead development and improvement of L&D content/processes
- Support organization readiness for new tools, processes, and people development initiatives
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Instructional Design or Human Resources desirable
Experience
6+ years of relevant work experience in an L&D/HR Organization
