Learning & Development Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with x-functional teams to develop and deliver best in class learning solutions
• Understand organisational talent needs and design niche solutions
• Manage programs end to end, from conception to deployment
• Drive innovative approaches to L&D
• Analyse, measure and communicate the overall impact of learning
• Lead development and improvement of L&D content/processes
• Support organization readiness for new tools, processes, and people development initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Instructional Design or Human Resources desirable

Experience

6+ years of relevant work experience in an L&D/HR Organization
