Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive understanding of M365 suite and its applications
- Work with business units to evaluate, plan and deliver M365 roadmap
- Work with Microsoft and 3rd Party partners to assess M365 change roadmap
- Foster innovation culture by identifying and working with business champions
- Assess market/user research and data to communicate emerging trends
- Develop communication plans to articulate M365 benefits
- Identify and implement M365 training programs
- Manage M365 business enhancement requests
- Coordinate customer testing and product launches
- Engage with IT teams for product updates and governance
- Cultivate relationships with M365 vendors and service providers
- Maintain support responsibilities matrix
- Manage incident coordination and production support issues
- Develop and manage M365 budgets
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for M365 features
Requirements
Education
College degree, Masters preferred
Experience
4 years minimum in Business Analysis or similar role
