Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial teams: Grootboek, Debiteuren/Crediteuren, and Financial Service Control
- Manage 19 employees across different teams
- Play a crucial role in further automation and robotization of basic financial processes
- Lead implementation of new P2P procurement system in 2025
- Guide employees through transition and personnel aspects
- Maintain contacts with internal and external stakeholders
- Initiate and lead projects to implement new technologies and systems
- Analyze existing financial processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage change processes related to automation and robotization
Requirements
Education
Relevant degree, preferably in finance, business administration or similar field
Experience
Extensive experience in leading financial teams
