Key Responsibilities

• Work on crisis response within Europe region focusing on Italian market
• Participate in On-call Operational structure
• Enforce critical content within SEO Markets
• Use Italian/Spanish market knowledge for complex risk assessment
• Scope scalable solutions for community support
• Investigate and resolve reported issues on Meta products
• Support enforcement efforts on agnostic content
• Analyze key metrics and improve processes
• Build subject matter expertise around abuse areas
• Investigate emerging risks across the region
• Liaise with Meta vendor teams
• Support training and onboarding Meta partners
