Material Requirement Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Plan raw and packing materials to meet factory production requirements
• Optimize inventory holding costs vs delivery frequency/related costs
• Launch feasible Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) plans
• Monitor and expedite material delivery
• Manage day-to-day materials requirement planning (MRP)
• Coordinate with stakeholders on MRP planning
• Manage exceptions and follow up on corrective actions
• Liaise with QO team on quality non-conformance issues
• Create optimized replenishment plan for materials
• Monitor supply signals through MRP purchase requisitions
• Manage supplier delivery of materials
• Define stock policy and management approach for each SKU
• Maintain SAP data integrity for MRP planning

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field

Experience

At least 2 years

Required Skills

• Supply chain planning
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
• SAP experience (preferred)
• APO experience (preferred)
