Key Responsibilities
- Perform psychosocial intervention
- Provide crisis intervention
- Conduct assessments
- Offer consultation

- Deliver treatment
- Participate in program planning and development
- Provide supervision to practicum students
- Conduct intake and clinical interviews
- Screen clients with addiction and mental health disorders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in psychology or Bachelor's degree in social work, occupational therapy, nursing, or psychiatric nursing
Experience

- Crisis intervention
- Mental health assessment
- Brief counseling
- Triage
- Intervention and stabilization
- Knowledge of Addiction and Mental Health resources
- Ability to work with community stakeholders
- Collaboration skills
Required Certifications
- Active registration with applicable Alberta regulatory college
- Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)
- Driver's License
