Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the Manager, Communications Association
  • Provide communications planning and project management support
  • Manage communications services for client business units and marketing teams
  • Support Association-wide communications-related projects and issues
  • Work closely with peers to ensure communication initiatives are aligned
  • Research, write and edit stories
  • Create and edit content in brand voice
  • Support various company-wide communications channels
  • Propose ways to improve communication processes
  • Identify opportunities to share strategic initiatives with staff
  • Ensure consistent member and employee experience across channels

Requirements

Education

Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in communications or public relations
