Key Responsibilities
- Develop grassland and other Nature-based Solutions (NbS) portfolios
- Oversee feasibility studies
- Build project capacity
- Pursue funding
- Support other NbS portfolios (e.g. wetland projects)
- Collaborate with regional offices
- Develop best practices
- Advance fundraising opportunities
- Collaborate with staff across BirdLife Secretariat's Climate Change Programme
- Assist Head of Climate and Forests with programme coordination
- Aid Policy Division with climate objectives

Masters' Degree in conservation or environmental subject
