Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate occupational therapy and allied health clinical services
- Provide supervision to students and team members
- Work independently and as part of interdisciplinary team
- Make clinical decisions on patient/family needs
- Advise team members on complex clinical cases
- Provide clinical leadership
- Ensure evidence-based practice
- Coordinate day-to-day operations
- Monitor care delivery
- Assist with caseload management
- Complete chart audits
- Participate in program development and operational planning
- Represent department on committees
- Make decisions on staffing levels and workflow
- Carry out roles of clinical service provider, consultant, educator, and advocate
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with related experience
