Key Responsibilities
- Direct and quality assure staff and student activities
- Support and administer annual school assessment and monitoring
- Collaborate with Principal and Vice Principal on staff evaluation
- Lead screening and interviewing of applicants
- Implement student achievement improvement efforts
- Oversee MAP/Exact Path student achievement plan
- Collaborate with SLT on instructional methods
- Assist in staff CPD development
- Complete required reports and data requests
- Participate in team collaboration
Requirements
Education
Bachelor Degree in Education or B.Sc degree with PGCE, Master's degree preferred
Experience
6 years minimum, including 4 years exceeding performance standards and 2 years in middle leadership
