Part Time Lecturer (Psychology)

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials, and discussion sections
• Supervision and coordination of teaching assistants and tutors
• Setting of assessment components and marking of examinations
• Contribute significantly to teaching and development of multiple courses at the undergraduate level, including introductory level survey-type courses, laboratory and methods courses, and seminar courses

Requirements

Education

Doctorate-level or masters-level qualification in an appropriate Psychological field

Required Skills

• Effective teaching and training of undergraduate students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills relevant to teaching and pastoral care
• Willingness and ability to contribute to the overall objectives of the Programme and School, working collaboratively with others
