Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
- Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up
- Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines
- Deliver best services to ensure highest customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
- Other duties assigned by management
Requirements
Education
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree
Experience
Preferably 2 years in related field, fresh graduates encouraged to apply
