Key Responsibilities
- Provide coordination of physiotherapy and other allied health clinical services
- Supervise students and team members as assigned
- Work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team providing leadership
- Make day-to-day clinical decisions on patient/family needs
- Advise team members on complex clinical cases
- Provide clinical leadership within the program or service area
- Ensure physiotherapy practice is evidence-based and aligned with regulations
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of an assigned service area
- Monitor care delivery and identify service needs
- Assist with caseload management
- Complete chart audits and provide feedback
- Participate in program development and operational planning
- Represent the department on committees or programs
- Make decisions on staffing levels, workflow, and caseload priorities
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Physiotherapy or Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy with related experience

Required Certifications
- Active or eligible registration with College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
