Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination of physiotherapy and other allied health clinical services
  • Supervise students and team members as assigned
  • Work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team providing leadership
  • Make day-to-day clinical decisions on patient/family needs
  • Advise team members on complex clinical cases
  • Provide clinical leadership within the program or service area
  • Ensure physiotherapy practice is evidence-based and aligned with regulations
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of an assigned service area
  • Monitor care delivery and identify service needs
  • Assist with caseload management
  • Complete chart audits and provide feedback
  • Participate in program development and operational planning
  • Represent the department on committees or programs
  • Make decisions on staffing levels, workflow, and caseload priorities

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Physiotherapy or Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy with related experience

Required Certifications
