Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical liaison between customers and engineering resources
- Provide tactical scope and work with business representatives/customers to understand requirements
- Lead teams of business and technical colleagues throughout projects
- Ensure appropriate questions are asked and nothing crucial is overlooked
- Educate customers on the value of data science and AI solutions
- Help customers transition to the cloud using best practices
- Deliver modern AI and ML solutions including generative AI, cognitive computing, and cloud services
- Establish credibility and build relationships with customers
- Lead architectural discussions to ensure customer success on AWS
- Conduct hands-on education/training sessions
- Present at industry events
- Collaborate on Go to Market strategies
- Travel up to 50% of the time
- Hold regular 1:1 meetings with team members
- Foster aspirational working culture
- Own practice growth & productivity
- Provide coaching and help establish goals for team members
- Act as communication conduit for practice
- Create feedback sources to promote quality and development
- Work on designing and validating proposals and SOWs
- Support hiring tasks including interviewing and onboarding
- Understand practice performance metrics
- Identify and drive internal initiatives for practice improvement
Requirements
Education
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science and/or Data Science
Experience
12+ years in customer-facing software/technology, data analysis, or consulting
