Professional Engineering, Stress In-service Support

Key Responsibilities

• Support stress in-service repair activities
• Perform various stress analyses on repairs: Static strength Fatigue/Durability, damage Tolerance, and Finite element Model (FEM) on multi-platform aircraft programs (Challenger and Global)
• Prepare stress reports, static strength as well as damage tolerance analysis for compliance purposes
• Carry out stress calculations to assess design solutions and repair trade studies
• Review repair engineering drawings and participate actively in the development of in-Service solutions
• Provide clear visibility to management of the status and/or emerging issues to the supported repair activities

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering
