Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor grants portfolio including annual planning and proposal development
- Contribute to team strategy development and implementation
- Develop grantmaking activities aligned with global and local strategy goals
- Integrate gender, disability and youth justice perspectives into programming
- Organize and participate in grantee convenings
- Represent the Foundation to government, media, academia, and other stakeholders
- Mentor and coach Program Associates and team members
- Lead learning and evaluation activities
- Review financial and narrative reports from grantees
- Perform grantee site visits
Requirements
Education
Master's degree or equivalent experience
Experience
8 years minimum leading social justice strategies
