Key Responsibilities

• Shortlist programme members
• Manage EMERGE programme cohorts
• Coordinate with EMERGE Consultants, Community Growth Managers, Producers and Operations team
• Manage programme application process
• Promote programmes to companies
• Track applications and payments
• Inform cohorts of schedules and requirements
• Provide support via Slack, email, and web hooks
• Manage CRM database
• Update COGNI-AI matching platform
• Ensure accurate community information in digital channels

Requirements

Education

UG/Masters/MBA Degree in IT, Visual Communications, Multimedia, Design Management, Marketing Management

Experience

3+ years

• Sales conversion

• Startup or entrepreneurial experience
• Project design/management
• English proficiency
• Mandarin proficiency
