- Develop code and Bayesian inferential frameworks for model calibration
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Interpret results and communicate effectively
- Lead high-impact manuscripts through peer-review
- Represent xSTAR at meetings and committees
- Promote the reputation of xSTAR, the research group, MRC-GIDA, School of Public Health, and Imperial College
Requirements
Education
Masters degree in scientific area related to infectious diseases or similar subject
Experience
3 years
Required Skills
- Strong background in advanced analytics
- Mathematical and statistical modeling
- Bayesian methods for parameter inference
- R programming
- Management and analysis of epidemiological data
- Machine learning/AI (desired)
- Working as part of international teams (desired)
