Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships within existing portfolio
- Execute client renewals and pricing optimization
- Conduct continuous outreach with existing clients
- Develop creative solutions through Joint Business Planning
- Articulate Element's value proposition
- Manage client escalations
- Develop client strategies for revenue growth and retention
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MBA preferred
Experience
5 years minimum in strategic account management
Required Skills
- Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Project management
- Relationship building with C-Suite stakeholders
- Organization and prioritization
- Client portfolio management
- Strategic account management
Required Certifications
- PMP (preferred)
