Project Manager (m/f/d) LIMS

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
• Define resource requirements for projects
• Perform, delegate and be responsible for project task completion
• Participate in initial project analysis and estimation
• Maintain fiscal accountability for projects
• Manage risks and avoid cost overruns
• Accurately estimate project and task resource requirements
• Define and control project definition and scope
• Maintain and manage project timesheets, expense reports and status reports
• Manage revenue activity of project team members and invoicing to clients
• Interact with client project management and technical personnel
• Oversee project related activities such as software validation
• Manage project assignments and schedules
• Manage all financial aspects of projects
• Provide recommendations for project planning and management
• Facilitate internal and customer meetings
• Deliver engaging, informative presentations
• Travel for internal and customer meetings as needed

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, IS, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management in life and laboratory sciences software

• Fluent in German or French and English
