Key Responsibilities
- Consider client day-to-day operations deliver solution requirements
- Understand the client's business, follow sector trends and learn industry best practices
- Translate client needs into business and technology solutions
- Provide consultation on the customer digital journey and digital transformation
- Work across a variety of projects and build knowledge across relevant domains
- Diagnose problems, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
- Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly to instill confidence in team and clients
- Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle
- Capture user requirements and translate into business and digitally enabled solutions
- Lead discovery workshops, user interviews, and facilitate stakeholder meetings
- Support the development and implementation of quality business digital solutions
- Align delivery to business goals
Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other relevant disciplines
Experience
At least 6+ years of post-qualification IT consulting or relevant experience
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and system design
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent working attitude
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Good client management experience
- Ability to deal with both business users and technical personnel
- Ability to apply knowledge of 2-3 Advertising, Marketing & Commerce domain offerings
- Ability to leverage specialized Advertising, Marketing & Commerce domain knowledge
Required Certifications
- Agile certification (preferred)
- Scrum Master certification (preferred)
- Project Management certification (preferred)
