Ratings Associate, Financial Institutions Group

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day credit analysis related to ratings, research, presentations, and investor outreach
• Review financial statements and charts, analyze data, build financial forecasts
• Assist with proprietary models and new financial projections
• Prepare first draft of rating committee memos
• Attend and participate in rating committee meetings
• Contribute to research strategy and drafting
• Attend investor briefings and issuer meetings
• Build relationships with issuers
• Operate internal systems and software
• Construct and maintain analytical databases
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures

Undergraduate degree

Experience

1-2 years relevant working experience
