Regional Contracts Quality Director – APAC

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and refine quality standards and frameworks to assess GC performance across construction projects
• Develop KPIs and metrics to track GC adherence to quality requirements, excluding project schedules
• Perform regular audits and site inspections to verify compliance with specifications, codes, and best practices
• Identify trends in GC caused quality issues and partner with GCs to resolve systematic challenges through root cause analysis
• Proactively identify issues and implement corrective actions to minimize deviations from quality standards
• Confirm coordination of key interface points with GC/Supplier/AE for seamless integration of project deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and lessons learned to refine processes and requirements
• Partner with internal teams to align quality standards and expectations with project goals
• Engage with GCs to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and excellence in quality processes
• Coordinate GC readiness audits and reviews relative to contractors work
• Communicate key findings, progress updates, and risk mitigation strategies to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Oversee the development and deployment of tools and processes that streamline quality assessments and documentation
• Monitor the adoption of quality frameworks and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
