- Assure Quality and Food Safety by Design of North American innovation pipeline
- Guide formula and process design with PD and Supply Chain
- Develop and execute procedures for safe product commercialization
- Review and approve formulas, manufacturing processes and packaging
- Train and develop relevant stakeholders
- Provide microbiological support to global businesses
- Travel approximately 10% as needed
- Create learning opportunities related to food safety outcomes
Requirements
Education
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology or related field
