Key Responsibilities

• Enable and manage delivery of regional Ops-Ex OMS & Ops-Dev priorities & programs
• Support #ExecutionEdge agenda implementation
• Coordinate APAC BASICS Standardization
• Manage regional Ops-Ex & OMSFC training needs
• Train and certify new facilitators
• Own and manage regional knowledge base
• Enable data culture through digital tools and dashboards
• Track and monitor internal team data
• Drive accuracy and completeness of internal data
• Engage regional OMSFC Community
• Coordinate regional recognition programs

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or Operations

Experience

5+ years
