Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor Business Resilience program across all functions and locations
• Review and coordinate implementation of BCM Policy
• Support development and monitoring of Business Resilience program
• Support process owners in BIA and BCP processes
• Collaborate with IT for Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity alignment
• Provide training to BCM correspondents
• Support preparation of Crisis Management exercises
• Enhance supply chain resilience through Third-Party risk assessments
• Develop responsive and recovery capabilities
• Support local entities in incident management

Requirements

Education

Bachelor/Master degree in Operational Risk Management/Business Continuity Management

Experience

Proven track record in similar roles within global financial institution

Required Skills

• Understanding of re/insurance business processes
• Excellent understanding of BIA and BCP processes
• Knowledge of IT service continuity and cyber resilience
• Understanding of Operational Resilience and BCM regulations
• Strong program management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player

Required Certifications

• CBCI (preferred)
• ISO 22301 (preferred)
