Research Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, manage and clean datasets
• Manage and analyze large sets of multi-omics data
• Employ tools to interpret, analyze, and visualize multivariate relationships in data
• Create databases and reports
• Develop algorithms and statistical models
• Perform statistical analyses
• Identify problematic data and determine root causes
• Develop reports, charts, graphs and tables
• Analyze data processes in documentation
• Collaborate with faculty and research staff on data collection and analysis methods
• Provide documentation based on audit and reporting criteria
• Communicate with government officials, grant agencies and industry representatives

Bachelor's degree

• Strong programming skills (R or Python)
• Statistical methods
• Machine learning techniques
• Data management systems (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop)
• Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
• Strong writing and analytical skills
