Researcher

Key Responsibilities

• Engage relevant internal and/or external stakeholders to identify research and evaluation needs/questions
• Conduct literature reviews
• Conceptualize and design the studies/projects including the methodology and timeline
• Manage all aspects of the studies/projects from start to completion
• Conduct fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept tests, etc. to gather data
• Conduct data preparation and cleaning on the gathered data
• Conduct statistical analyses on the cleaned data
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare presentations for conferences and manuscripts for journal publications

Requirements

Education

Master's degree and above in social work, psychology, or related fields

Experience

At least two years of relevant experience is preferred (fresh graduates with research being a core component of their degree, are welcome to apply)

Required Skills

• Experience with at least one quantitative analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R and/or similar tools
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Analytical skills
• Organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
