Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to constructive social dialogue
  • Organize and prepare meetings with employee representatives
  • Participate in drafting internal policies relating to social and labour law
  • Prepare and update collective agreements
  • Advise managers and the Human Resources team on individual and collective labour relations
  • Manage and organize employee representative elections
  • Monitor litigation management in conjunction with lawyers
  • Oversee potential litigation involving employees
  • Ensure that legal obligations and internal procedures are properly applied
  • Monitor legal developments
  • Manage occupational health: risk assessment, relations with occupational medicine, RPS prevention plan, Quality of life at work, health protocol
  • Update mandatory legal documents
  • Track key figures to monitor social dialogue
  • Manage projects related to the scope of operations
  • Reporting on health and safety issues at regional level

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in law

Experience

At least 5 years experience in labour relations

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of French labour and employment law
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
