Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor [email protected] and respond to public and internal inquiries related to the distribution of digital images and other digital assets
  • Work with internal staff to educate on image use, including coordinating projects and attending meetings
  • Assist with the interpretation of whether the legal doctrine of fair use applies to allow the museum to use copyright-protected works
  • Assist with coordination and support for digital asset management and quality control
  • Serve as a contracting officer's representative (COR) or vendor technical point of contact (TPoC)

Requirements

Education

Master's degree or equivalent

  • General knowledge of digital photography and archiving operations
