Key Responsibilities

• Lead partner programs by developing and implementing across the region
• Monitor key performance indicators related to partner operations
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Operations Managers, QA and trainers
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
• Conduct performance evaluations

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, project management or equivalent practical experience

Experience

5+ years of relevant working experience
