Risk Management Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of EMS FR team members
• Supervise, coordinate, and lead the EMS FR team daily
• Develop and implement risk management strategies for BtC marketer
• Build, maintain and improve portfolio representation and hedging processes
• Monitor and explain P&L of risk management
• Analyze potential risks and propose mitigation solutions
• Collaborate with France Retail departments on sourcing and hedging
• Contribute to harmonization of risk management practices within GEMS DOWNSTREAM
• Ensure communication with trading desks and safe operational processes
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Represent EMS FR in major France Retail transformation projects
