Sales Administration Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Support sales team on administrative work related to Customer Master/AR/RMA credit
- Review and process customer entry forms and sales views
- Input incoterm and tax classification
- Map customer codes for Sold to/Ship to and End customer
- Generate Return DO and credit notes
- Process sales adjustments from NERP Return listing
- Verify and liaison with Technical team, Sales team and DSK team
- Review SSC-IBM submissions of AR clearing
- Follow up on customer AR disputes
- Prepare annual AR MBO plan
- Reconcile weekly forecast fund and actual incoming fund statement
- Verify scrap location inventory data
- Submit monthly Scrap/Recall Report
- Support external audits for sales and RMA aspects
Requirements
Education
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
Experience
3-5 years
