SAP Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Promote, coach and safeguard Scrum/Agile methodology within team
• Participate in continuous improvement of Scrum methodology
• Work with business stakeholders/Product Owners, IT partners and BDR Group IT
• Support prioritization and delivery of key business processes
• Organize and coordinate scrum teams
• Schedule and facilitate scrum ceremonies
• Coach teams to become mature DevOps teams
• Support Product Owners in creating and updating User Stories
• Eliminate blockers and ensure Epic/Feature delivery plan is followed
• Maintain clean backlog
• Track team KPIs
• Lead training sessions on agile/scrum methodology

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred)

Experience

At least 5 years
