SCM Supply Chain Process Engineering Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Business Intelligence reporting systems (Tableau)
- Lead implementation of new X-functional reports & KPI
- Lead Tableau roll-out strategy
- Contribute to expansion of process automation activities within SCM department
- Support projects contributing to achievement of transformation SCM programmes
- Act as window between business and IS teams
- Manage projects (enhancement of ordering processes, systems and reporting tools)
- Define project objectives, scope, benefits, costs and KPIs
- Plan & schedule
- Gather business requirements, conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions
- Manage issues and risks
- Manage stakeholders, communication and project status reporting
- Propose and execute testing plan, implementation plan, deployment management
- Provide end-user support including issues analysis and reoccurrence prevention
- Maintain SCM processes definition, documentation, processes deployment, end-user training
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business School, or Engineering School
Experience
First experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics or Sales area
