Senior Employee Relations Partner

Key Responsibilities
- Advise, coach, and guide all levels of management around complex employee relations decisions
- Work with People Partners and Legal to address employee relations issues
- Evolve how we address employee relations matters across the company
- Support business leaders to handle workplace concerns
- Ensure oversight and governance of policies and practices globally
- Maintain accurate, confidential records regarding all reported matters
- Use HR analytics and data to identify trends and make recommendations
- Advocate for an inclusive workplace
- Drive accountability and operational excellence
- Identify potential employee relations risks and develop plans
- Partner with internal departments on programs, policies, and processes
- Support training initiatives and management toolkits
- Participate and direct projects as part of the People team
- Champion Samsara's cultural principles
Requirements
Education
BS/BA and JD degree preferred
Experience
8+ years
