Senior Manager, Feasibility Strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop and manage performance for feasibility coordinators
• Manage team day-to-day activities and workload prioritization
• Lead feasibility assessments for high priority clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally and present feasibility information
• Suggest and implement process improvements
• Foster continuous improvement environment
• Provide strategic insights on country selection and enrollment planning

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in life sciences required, Masters or PhD preferred

Experience

3-5 years of feasibility experience within a CRO
