Senior Manager, Global Supply Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Execution (S&OE) process
• Implement and maintain product parameters across the network within OMP
• Maintain target inventory levels for DS/DP/FP in the short/medium term horizon
• Responsible for batch allocation to meet base plan aligned to monograph and regulatory approvals
• Perform scenario modelling for the portfolio of products
• Anticipate and monitor potential problems, taking actions to mitigate risks or issues
• Be the point of contact for escalations and drive production alignment meetings
• Handle and report on Network Performance, KPI Tracking, risks & issues
• Partner with other areas within Alexion to work on lean initiatives

Requirements

Education

Third Level Degree qualification in a relevant discipline

Experience

7 years+

Required Skills

• Advanced level in MS Excel
• Intermediate level in other MS applications
• Advanced analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning concepts and strategies
• Prior experience with Advanced Supply Chain Planning Systems
• Knowledge of planning processes and distribution planning principles
• Ability to cope with fast-paced and dynamic business environment
• Ability to communicate and lead cross functional projects
