Senior/Staff Specialist – Master Data Management

Key Responsibilities

Function as Business Master Data Lead and key point of contact across different tracks within the S4 HANA transformation project
Manage and coordinate project activities such as planning, strategy, risk management, execution, testing, and development status for Master Data track activities
Enable change management, communications and training project activities with a structured methodology
Manage Master Data in MD systems for use in production, business units, order processing, and projects
Perform data management maintenance and updates, error correction and archiving of obsolete data
Govern the data content, understand all product specifications and production process
Provide guidance and knowledge share to team members to bring up the team competency
Support on global project and/or specific business-driven projects
Apply adequate knowledge on logistics supply chain requirements and restrictions for FABs and BE for all divisions
Analyze product/material data and logistic data for supply chain enabling
Consider and apply system architecture for master data system enhancement

Degree in Engineering, Information Technologies or Supply Chain & Logistics

3 years and above

Good understanding of supply chain processes and/or production shopfloor system in semiconductors industries
Good analytical skill on system linkage and logical thinking
Good interpersonal communication
Experience in project management
Meticulous and structured
Good teamwork spirit
