- Research and operationalize competency models and skills taxonomy
- Recommend and implement tools for skills taxonomy and assessments
- Work with SMEs to validate and update skills models
- Ensure integration of skills taxonomy in HR systems
- Support development of skills assessment strategy
- Project manage skills strategy dependencies
- Manage team relationships across HR functions
- Support roadshow of skills management strategy
- Drive adoption of new practices within organization
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
