Key Responsibilities

• Participate in developing skills philosophy and strategy
• Research and operationalize competency models and skills taxonomy
• Recommend and implement tools for skills taxonomy and assessments
• Work with SMEs to validate and update skills models
• Ensure integration of skills taxonomy in HR systems
• Support development of skills assessment strategy
• Project manage skills strategy dependencies
• Manage team relationships across HR functions
• Support roadshow of skills management strategy
• Drive adoption of new practices within organization

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
