Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of the SME portfolio
• Lead and mentor a team of SME relationship managers, credit analysts, and support staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients
• Evaluate credit risk associated with SME lending activities
• Identify opportunities for new products and services for SME clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Track and analyze key performance indicators related to the SME portfolio
• Coordinate with other departments within the bank

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
