Key Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual and religious care to clients, families and staff
- Work with interprofessional team to assess spiritual and religious needs
- Develop individualized care plans/treatment goals
- Evaluate efficacy of care plans
- Collaborate with Quality Practice Council to address corporate needs and professional practices
Requirements
Education
Masters of Divinity or relevant Masters degree
Experience
Experience in a health care setting preferred
