Staff Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product manager, engineering lead, and other stakeholders to develop and manage program plan
• Manage schedule, cross-functional dependencies, and risk elements
• Communicate status, progress, and risks to stakeholders
• Engage with GitHub engineering team
• Coordinate across go-to-market, marketing, sales, support, legal, finance and other functional areas
• Develop processes and tools to scale TPM function
• Drive continuous improvements in TPM practice

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field
