Supervisor, Cell Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise associate scientists and laboratory assistants
• Support lab operations and perform manufacturing activities
• Ensure departmental training modules are up to date
• Act as Study Director for GLP studies
• Schedule and coordinate laboratory assays/productions
• Review study data for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct investigations for deviations and nonconformances
• Manage scientific equipment and instrumentation
• Participate in site visits and audits
• Maintain GxP compliance
• Possible weekend and holiday shifts

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in scientific discipline OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience OR High school diploma with 7+ years experience

Experience

1-7 years depending on education level
