Key Responsibilities
- Manage data sources for analyzing supply
- Translate data into business insights
- Design and optimize data management processes
- Oversee creation of dashboards for supply-chain analysis
- Lead identification of gaps and root causes
- Implement automation and scale systems for inventory
- Serve as key point of contact between teams
- Communicate with stakeholders including senior leaders
- Address obsolescence of goods and propose recommendations
- Oversee planning of raw materials
- Direct transition of old products to new products
- Define buffer strategy
- Develop ramps and work with sourcing and NPI teams
- Apply strategy for forward and reverse planning
- Collaborate on material transfer strategy
- Identify process gaps and make recommendations
- Work closely with suppliers to remove obstacles
- Review staffing, capacity, bills of materials, and change orders
- Track supplier operational performance metrics
- Develop and influence forward or reverse supply plans
- Conduct "what-if" scenario analysis
- Support contingency plans and impact assessments
- Drive allocation processes
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field
Experience
Supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
